Privacy Policy
Last updated: 17 July 2026
This policy explains what personal information MindFactory collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We aim to collect only what we need to run the service well.
01 Who we are
MindFactory is the data controller for the information described here. If you have any questions or want to exercise your rights, contact us at hello@mindfactory.store.
02 Information we collect
- Account details — your name, email address, and, if you sign in by phone, your phone number.
- Profile details — anything you choose to add, such as company, role, country, or a short bio.
- Design data — the descriptions and prompts you enter, files you upload, non-confidential reference context you provide, and the models or delivery files generated from them.
- Order data — what you ordered, materials, prices, and delivery details.
- Payment data — handled by Stripe. We receive confirmation and limited details, but not your full card number.
- Technical data — basic information such as your theme preference, stored on your device.
03 How we use your information
- To create and manage your account.
- To generate models, process orders, and arrange manufacture and delivery.
- To take payment and send order confirmations and invoices.
- To respond to your questions and provide support.
- To keep the platform secure and improve how it works.
When you contact support, your order reference is usually all we need. Please don't include passwords, card numbers, private download links, or confidential design details in support messages or public comments — we'll never ask you for your password or full card number.
04 Service providers we use
We rely on trusted third parties to run MindFactory. They process data on our behalf under their own terms and security measures:
- Google Firebase — accounts, sign-in, and database storage.
- Stripe — secure payment processing.
- Email delivery — to send you order confirmations and invoices.
05 Private files and design disclosure
Generated files, uploaded references, and package downloads are intended for the account that owns them. Download links we provide may expire, so save your files rather than relying on the link, and don't share links publicly.
Anything you put in a prompt or upload is stored as part of your design data, so if your idea involves confidential or patent-sensitive details, share only what's needed to make the part — use, size, fit, material, and constraints are usually enough. Keep confidential specifics out of public comments and support messages.
06 How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as long as needed to fulfil orders, meet legal and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. When it's no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
07 Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to receive a copy of your data. To make a request, email hello@mindfactory.store. You can also close your account at any time.
08 Security
We use reputable providers and reasonable technical measures to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe and to respond quickly if anything goes wrong.
09 Children
MindFactory isn't intended for anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we'll remove it.
10 Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We'll change the date above and, where the change is significant, take reasonable steps to let you know.
